Set of eight (8) sample postcards from box (2014.11.034 A—B) used at Paul Bloedhorn's jewelry shop. These eight postcards feature photographs from Wrangell.

A: Black and white vertical postcard. Front has a photograph of a totem pole. A corner of a building is along the proper right edge. White text along the lower edge reads: "KICKSETTI TOTEM AND SUN HOUSE WRANGELL ALASKA". In the upper proper right corner is purple text stamped on to the card which reads: "SAMPLE \ PLEASE ORDER BY NUMBER \ THIS IS NO. _______ \ Scenic Photo Publishing Co. \ 614 1st Ave. SEATTLE". On the line for the number is "T7" handwritten in black ink. One the back is black typed text reading: "SCENIC PHOTO PUBLISHING CO. SEATTLE WASH \ POST CARD \ CORRESPONDENCE ADDRESS". There are two black horizontal lines between the "POST CARD" and "CORRESPONDENCE ADDRESS". The number "7" is handwritten in pencil in the upper proper left corner.

B: Black and white vertical postcard. Front has a photograph of a totem pole. Trees and other vegetation surround the pole. There is a wood picket fence behind the pole. White text reads: "Totem Pole. Wrangell. Alaska." In the upper proper right corner is purple text stamped on to the card which reads: "SAMPLE \ PLEASE ORDER BY NUMBER \ THIS IS NO. _______ \ Scenic Photo Publishing Co. \ 614 1st Ave. SEATTLE". On the line for the number is "T3" handwritten in black ink. One the back is black typed text reading: "SCENIC PHOTO PUBLISHING CO. SEATTLE WASH \ POST CARD \ CORRESPONDENCE ADDRESS". There are two black horizontal lines between the "POST CARD" and "CORRESPONDENCE ADDRESS". The number "3" is handwritten in pencil in the upper proper left corner.

C: Black and white vertical postcard. Front has a photograph of two (2) totem poles in front of a house. There is a pile of wood in the foreground. The door to the building is open. Black text between the poles reads: "Wrangell Totems." In the upper proper right corner is purple text stamped on to the card which reads: "SAMPLE \ PLEASE ORDER BY NUMBER \ THIS IS NO. _______ \ Scenic Photo Publishing Co. \ 614 1st Ave. SEATTLE". D: Black and white vertical postcard. Front has a photograph of a totem pole in front of a house. Trees and other vegetation surround the pole. Only the corner of the building is visible. Black text near the upper proper left corner reads: "Totem Pole. Wrangell. Alaska." In the upper proper right corner is purple text stamped on to the card which reads: "SAMPLE \ PLEASE ORDER BY NUMBER \ THIS IS NO. _______ \ Scenic Photo Publishing Co. \ 614 1st Ave. SEATTLE". F: Black and white horizontal postcard. Front has a photograph of a fence with a whale carving on top of each post. Trees and vegetation surrounds the fence. Behind the buildings are trees and further in the background are mountains. Water in foreground. Black text near the lower proper left corner reads: "North End of Wrangell Narrows at Petersburg." In the upper proper left corner is purple text stamped on to the card which reads: "SAMPLE \ PLEASE ORDER BY NUMBER \ THIS IS NO. _______ \ Scenic Photo Publishing Co. \ 614 1st Ave. SEATTLE".
