Description:
A photographic slide in a small cardboard frame (off white with red rear text "Color Transparency"). The frame is labeled "Fishing off Inner Pt. Douglas Is. Derby Day 7—24—66" in handwriting. The image shows a wide swath of water, probably the Young Bay. There are shores on every side, seeming farther away at the left and front background sides than at right. Each shore is mountainous. There are many small vessels dotting the water, grouped generally at right and left. In the foreground at right, a fishing pole is extended outward, its user not visible in the image. The number "5" is printed in ink on the frame at the upper left.
