A photographic slide in a small cardboard Kodachrome frame (off white with yellow and red corner trim). The frame is labeled "Parade — 7—4—59" in handwriting. The image shows a semi—aerial view of the upper portion of Fourth Street, looking southwest. The Juneau Memorial Library stands at left, and the legislative office building at the center. The sidewalks at right and in the background are thick with spectators. The Sons of Norway float is in the foreground, with its red, white, and blue bunting and green garlands. Behind it is a pale blue station wagon, traveling toward the camera. The number "16" is printed in red ink on the frame at the upper left.
