Description:
Black and white photograph of a float plane (sea plane) in the water next to shore. The back half of the plane's pontoons and tail are submerged in the water. The nose is angled toward the air. Aircraft is being viewed from the front. There are ropes attached to the pontoons of the plane. These ropes are being held by five men on shore (only the hand of the fifth man is visible). A sixth man in a suit is standing in the water next to the plane's right pontoon. Two boats are partially visible behind the plane's right wing. Mountains, water and building seen in background.
