Description:
Black and white photograph of a float plane (sea plane) nose down in the water. The wings and front end of the aircraft appear to have been covered in fabric. The tail of the plane is missing its outer shell and fabric or metal scraps are hanging from the tail. Tree covered mountains and a shore town in the background.
Verso has a number "2" stamped upside down in black ink located in the upper proper left corner.

The album belonged to William G. Brian Harland. He was a mechanic for Alaska—Washington Airways and Alaska Southern Airways. He was based out of Juneau.
