Description:
A photographic slide in a small cardboard Kodachrome frame (brown with red trim). The frame is labeled "Phillapino[sic] Float 7/4/55" in handwriting. The image shows a float with flowers on a metal arch above the people riding the float. Flowers also surround the edges of the float. The riders are a number of women and young girls dressed in white, along with one man, all Filipino. A church can be seen behind the float, and muntains beyond. A long electrical line cuts through the top of the image. The number "12" is printed in red ink on the frame at the upper left.
