Description:
A is album page. B to F are black and white photographs. All photos horizontally oriented unless otherwise noted.

A — Black paper album page with two holes proper right side. One photo affixed to front, one loose. One photo affixed to back, two loose. Captions printed in white ink beside photos to which they refer. Missing photos had captions "Between Homes"; and "Sidewalks and approaches ripped up".

B — Photograph (4.75 by 3.25 inches), loose from album. Close—up of ground and base of buildings. Board with "FROM STANDARD SANITAR PACIFIC FRAME WORKS [illegible]" printed on it in dark letters leaning against wall on proper right edge of photo. Dirt, rocks, and other debris visible in foreground and in space between buildings. Caption below place where photo was affixed reads "Underneath Homes".

C — Photograph (4.75 by 3.25 inches), view of several buildings across top half of photo with rock fill in foreground. Pile of lumber on ground to proper right. Buildings at proper right and proper left edges are darker—colored; center building is lighter—colored, with three visible windows and a door, and takes up more space in photo than either of the others. Some pilings visible below buildings. Another house on hillside can just be seen in upper proper right quadrant, near chimneys of buildings in foreground. Caption below photo reads "CCC got into corners as well as it could".

D — Photograph (4.75 by 3.25 inches), in background are same buildings as in C, shot from slightly different angle. Rock fill in foreground with part of a dirt road along bottom edge of photo. Two people crouch in central background beside a large pile of lumber; another man, wearing long coat and hat and facing camera, stands in foreground toward proper left edge. An upright pole emerges from rock fill toward proper right edge; top of pole is cut off by top edge. Federal School partially visible in upper proper left corner. Caption below photo reads "Rain".

E — Photograph (4.5 by 3.25 inches), loose from album. Similar view to D but taken from further back; more of road in foreground visible than in previous photo. More buildings on either side of central light—colored building than are seen in previous photo (approximately five buildings clustered around road, with Federal School at proper left edge and another building on hillside visible in upper proper left corner). Large puddle in middle of road.

F — Photograph (4.75 by 3.5 inches), loose from album. Expanse of rock fill with building and attached shed on proper right edge. Large pile of lumber on ground next to shed. Dark—colored building in background on proper left edge with Salvation Army (two attached white buildings) visible beyond it. Douglas mountains appear in distance.
Notes:
E — As per Marie Olson, large light—colored building in center was old Presbyterian church (Rev. Wagner).
