Description:
A photographic slide in a small cardboard frame (off white with red rear text "Color Transparency" and watermark for Perfect Photo, Inc. at bottom right). The frame is labeled "Inaugural Parade 1—14—67 12th St. Gov Hickel" in handwriting. The image shows a slightly raised diagonal view of a residential section of 12th Street in Juneau. The street, obscured by trees in the foreground, is thick with cars stretching into the background. Private homes flank the street on either side, and a large snowcapped mountain looms far in the background. The entire scene is blanketed in snow and bears the gray of winter. The number "5" is printed in ink on the frame at the upper left.
