A — Album page, 7" x 11.25" manilla paper , with handwritten captions on front and back.

B — Black and white photo of downtown Juneau, taken from slightly above and facing westward. Building fill lower half of photo, with channel just visible running across center and Douglas Island mountains, snow—capped, in background. Capitol building prominent in center of photo, with high school & grade school uphill to proper left. Printed in white across bottom of photo: "73 Juneau, Alaska WPCo." Handwritten below photo: Jail, Fire station, Library, Methodist Church, Federal building, Scotish [sic] Rite Temple, Presbyterian church, Mrs. Noyes home where we spent one week, High school building, Grade school building."

C — Image of totem pole, 0.75" x 3.5", tinted in yellow, blue, and red. Affixed to proper left edge of page. Same as 2005.41.002C.

D — Hand—tinted color image of Juneau grade school, taken from downhill to proper right of school. Front and proper right sides of building are visible, with wooden fence, flowers, and grassy hillside in lower proper right foreground. Mount Juneau visible behind school. Yellow house can be seen at proper right edge of photo; reddish brown house can be seen at proper left edge. "Public School, Juneau, Alaska." printed in black on border above photo. Handwritten above image: "The grade school building. There are five hundred forty five pupils with fifteen full—time teachers and five part—time teachers."

E — Black and white photo of Capitol building. Front and proper right sides of building are visible; fills most of photo, with part of 4th Street (with two cars) running across lower proper left corner, part of 4th street running across lower proper right corner, and Mount Juneau in background. Printed in white at lower proper left edge: "U.S. Federal & Territorial Bldg" and handwritten below: "The United States Federal and Territorial Building, situated on fourth, between Main and Seward streets. To the right is Scottish Rite Temple and to left in background is high school."

F — Black and white photo of Governer's Mansion, taken from below with front of house facing proper right. White picket fence in lower proper right corner, Douglas mountains at proper right edge. One house visible in background on either side of mansion. Printed in white across bottom of photo: "#589 Governor's Mansion — Juneau, Alaska." Handwritten below photo: "This is the Governor's home. Since 1937 this picket fence has been torn down and a rock and cement wall with little pines and shrubs planted out around the wall.
