Interior front cover has a piece of correspondence attached via glue or other kind of adhesive. Correspondence is between R.W. Jennings and J.J. (?) Kennedy dated June 27, 1914.

Inside, six (6) pages are titled "Consent White males and female citizens of the United States residing at Haines and within two miles therof to the sale of liquor at Haines. For the year beginning July 1st, 1914. The names, location of residence and poll response (Yes, No, Non Committal) are indicated below title. On the seventh page it is written "Yes 79 Total — 123". Remaning pages are blank.
