Hardcover book with gray cover and red spine and corners. The word "LEDGER" is typed on the spine in gold.
Inside there is a section of pages divided by letter as in an address book. After the address book pages there are pages of repair logs which include spaces for dates, names, possibly repair codes and prices. At the top of pages there are titles such as "Cash Accounts", "Donations" and business and customer names. Many pages are blank. Most of the entries are dated for 1922 but other dates up to 1942 are also recorded.
