Certificate for Pacific Salmon caught by the San Juan Fishing and Packing Company Certificate is a cream color with mainly green ink for text and a border and red ink for a seal in the bottom right corner. The text reads, "Certificate —— Pacific Salmon \ INDICATION OF ORIGIN \ UNITED STATES \ We hereby certify that the enclosed Salmon was \ legally taken in Pacific Waters. \ San Juan Fishing & Packing Co. \ Seattle, Washington \ Note to Importers, Dealers and Retailers \ The production of this certificate may be require at any time \ during the Close Season in Great Britain for the purpose of proving \ legal capture. It must therefore be retained with the fish until the \ latter is finally disposed of when it must be destroyed." In the bottom right corner there is the San Juan logo, which consists of two triangular flags, one saying "San" and the other "Juan". The flag on top is white with green text and the flag on bottom is green with white text. Surrounding this graphic is a red seal.
