    Scope & Content:
Sourvenir card from Alaska Airlines. The front has photograph of an airplane flying in a blue sky over snow covered mountains. The aircraft is painted with a dog, a canoe holding four (4) people, a white belgua whale and a person in a green coat holding on to the back of a dog sled. Above the canoe and the whale is text reading: "WE'RE ALL PULLING TOGETHER". Above the plane is text reading "Alaska Airlines" and in the lower proper left corner there is a dark gray box with white text reading " "Spirit of Alaska Statehood" \ Boeing 737—400".
The back is a gradient of blue and white with black text. The text gave technical and statistical information about the plane and information about the plane's design. The design was selected from a "Paint the Plane" coloring contest that was open to all school—aged children in Alaska. The winning design was by Hannah Hamberg from Sitka High School.
