    Loan certificate issued on July 24, 1919 by the First National Bank of Juneau to The Juneau and Douglas Telephone Company at eight per cent interest is for $1,500.00.  Blanks in form filled in with blue typewriting, lower edge has six red five cent documentary stamps.   Signed by Mrs. Anna Webster, President of The Juneau and Douglas Telephone Co. "95619" is written in ink on top.  Perforations read vertically on left. Reverse has signatures of "Mrs. Anna Webster Pres" and "Grace E Webster" and many light green date stamps w/ written entries of payments.
