    Scope & Content:
    A — Book commemorating St. Ann's Hospital's fiftieth anniversary has sienna brown covers and golden brown flyleaves. Cover is embossed with cross with initials and title. "Verna M. Carrigan" handwritten on inner flyleaf. Forty numbered pages include photographs, building history, biographical sketches of Father Althoff, Sisters Mary Ann & Mary Zeno, Bishop Crimont and information on doctors, nurses, historical medical figures, St. Ann's School, statistics and poems. Tissue leaf faces the photo of Bishop Crimont. Text is followed by fourteen unnumbered pages of local advertising and blessing. Dimensions of text pages are 6.0 inches by 9.25 inches.
B — 1.125 inch by 6.0 inch satin yellow ribbon inside books has "GOLDEN JUBILEE / ST ANN'S / HOSPITAL / 1886—1936 *******" typed in black. Top 1. 25 inch cut into point is folded under. Bottom edge has triangle—shaped notch cut on 1.0 inch high.
