White and George W.H. White witnesses.  Gold colored foil seat with portrait head of George Washington, with serrated edge seen in lower proper right corner.  Watermark: "Aniwa Mills".   Handwritten on back: "Registered at / Bellingham, Wash. / Sept 29—19 / Chas. A. McLennon / The Comptroller".
