    A — 8 inch by 5inch letter (folded from 8 inch by 10 inch paper) with "TERRITORY OF ALASKA  / GOVERNOR'S OFFICE / JUNEAU" letterhead.  Typed in purple ink regarding ownership of island, presumably Douglas.  Signed "Molly E. Clark" ("Molly" may be misreading).  Laid paper watermarked "Crane's Distaff Linen / 1911" with image of spinning wheel.  
B — 4inch by 5inch envelope, also laid paper, with return address "Governor's Office, Juneau Alaska" and postmark Washington D.C. In place of stamp: "Department of the Interior / Penalty for Private Use $300".
