Application for Permission to Depart from Alaska, filled out by Thomas Floyd Dryden in Juneau on May 11, 1943. Printed on front and back of single sheet of white paper, information handwritten in black ink. Stamp in upper proper right quadrant of front of page indicates that he left Juneau for Seattle on June 1, 1943 on the Princess Louise. Contains information on physical description, date and place of birth, citizenship, father's name and nationality, draft registration, occupations, and residences. Names A.B. Phillips and (Mayor) H.I. Lucas offered as references. Signed by Thomas Floyd Dryden and Howard Stabler, Notary Public for Alaska.
